Pros and cons of Intesis AC Cloud app for iPhone and iPad

Intesis AC Cloud app good for

Wow! Just what I e been waiting for. Easy setup. Excellent software.
Time to time, especially when I use the main widget for switch my air conditioners on or off. Sometimes it crashes when I use other functions. iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.1 (by the way, it happened with previous versions of iOS and previous versions of your program).

Some bad moments

Besides the system being difficult to set up and the settings by app do not reflect what it says on the remote I also just wrote a review and they said my nickname was taken so instead of letting me change the nickname I had to start all over again.
This app crash all Time, update after update! Please correct this bug.
So far (about 1week) Im happy with the overall control. Would be nice it the app (iPhone) showed when the inside unit is set to "minimum".
